To celebrate the Club’s 60th Anniversary, we are holding a weekend event at Bewl Water on the Kent Sussex borders. We have been here before with our regional rallies and they have been very popular. This event is being organised by member of the club and friends of the club, all of which are unpaid volunteers - please be patient if it takes a day or so to answer enquiries. Bewl Water is the largest water supply reservoir in the South East of England in the heart of the Kent countryside. There are on-site catering facilities and a range of activities ranging from boat trips on the lake to walking and mountain bike riding. It provides an excellent base from which to visit a wide range of places of interest and full details will be provided either by links on our website or as hard copy. For the weekend, information and directions will be available. You can camp on-site or stay in local bed and breakfast or hotel accommodation and if you are only able to come for a day you will be equally welcome. The itinerary is to arrive at Bewl Water on the afternoon/early evening of Friday 20th July 2012 where an evening meal will be available at the on-site restaurant. On Saturday 21st July 2012 there will be a choice of drives taking in a place or places of interest and stopping at a suitable venue for lunch. In the evening there will be a catering at Bewl Water. On the morning of Sunday there will be the option of another excursion or excursions with the afternoon giving time to relax with other Renault enthusiasts or tour the local area. There will also be onsite activities including the Autojumble at 10AM (so you don't have to sleep with your purchases) Campers will be free to leave on the Monday morning if they choose. There will be a free goody bag for all cars booked in. The first 50 Goody bags will include a copy of from Ford to Renault, a book charting the career of Patrick Le Quement a famous Renault designer (This books is priced at 58 Euros in France but these are special English translations).

LocationBewl Water is just south of the A21 south east of Lamberhurst, TN3 8JH Clubs and Organisations already involved with the participation, guidance, organisation and co-operation of this event. To add your name here, please contact the club with your club's details (with their permission) for a free club area or just to show their involvement we can include a link to their site if they have additional details. Participants will need to pay the day or weekend event rate but members can be grouped together and the club can display their models and banners (subject to the clubs having appropriate insurance).

BookingsAll Bookings must be made prior to the event with full payment. Numbers need to be confirmed with the organiser prior to the event. Bookings fall into 2 groups, those staying on site and those staying off site. We have not included food (although packages will be available closer to the time and there is an on site restaurant) as we are aware some will want a budget weekend and other will be prepared to spend more. The aim of the rally is that it will be run on a not-for-profit basis. There are on site toilets, showers and first aid facilities as well as security overnight. There is a site wide low noise policy so we ask that music and stereos use is confined to sensible levels where at all possible. Please also send us an email with your names, address, car registration, paypal reference and club just in case there are any issues. Passes will be sent out in early July but your paypal receipt can be used as entry if there is any problem. If you have a paypal account you can use the buttons below. Please also add your name, address and car registration in the car details box and add it to your order (free) - this line will ONLY show up once you add your booking. Then add the individual elements and quantities needed. ***Note when you select the first paypal will show the following message "At this time, we are unable to process your request. Please return to Renowners Club Limited and try another option" you then need to add onto it the person and car passes and it will show up - a new window will open*** PLEASE also include in the text box if you are interested in a barbeque on Saturday Night and/or the on site restaurant opening on Friday night (both subject to numbers). If you plan to attend with a club and want to be placed alongside them, please include your clubs name.

vehicles belonging to Renault Enthusiast, subject to available space. The
organisers reserve the right to refuse registration and/or admission. All
vehicles should be in road legal condition or arrive on trailers and not
be driven on site. This event is attended at your own risk and subject to
the rules in force in the UK. All cars must be taxed, MOTd and insured or
arrive on trailers and not operated. Enthusiasts’
Parking Area: A
dedicated infield area for Enthusiast cars as well as defined areas for
clubs if this is wanted. This area will be open to the public and you take
full and sole responsibility for your vehicle. The parking area may be on
grass or on a hard surface. Club Banners and structures are allowed
subject to the club having appropriate insurance. Accommodation:
Hotels at your own
expense or on site camping. You can contact the venue, club or the local
tourism office for information about accommodation. The entrant undertakes that the car used will conform to the legislation in force and accepts sole responsibility for any breach of the legislation. He/she undertakes to comply strictly with the regulations along with the terms of this contract. He/she consents to be photographed, filmed and to have his/her voice recorded by Renault or the Renault Owners Club, its organizing agency, or any other company or individual authorized by Renault or the Renault Owners Club during the event or as part of any promotion of the events. He/she also consents to the publication of his/her image and voice by Renault or the Renault Owners Club or any persons authorized by Renault or the Renault Owners Club by any means, in particular in graphic, video, television, photographic, numerical, electronic and paper form, within the framework of all types of communication, internal or external, at Renault's or the Renault Owners Club’s initiative, or for institutional publicity purposes in broadcast or printed media, and in all catalogues, brochures, educational documents and Renault or the Renault Owners Club publications, as well as any activities open to the public, seminars, conferences and motor shows, at any time and in any country. He/she accepts that neither he/she nor any other person can make any claim to payment of any kind under the terms of this agreement. Local AccommodationThese have not been approached by the clubs involved or vetted but are included as either people are staying there or people in the area know them. You will need to book direct.
