Unfortunately it seems a member has given a non member their username and password or allowed them access to the members site. In effect assisting a offender to defraud the company and the members. This has resulted in an extra level of security. Should you have problems logging in, please email it@renaultownersclub.com The offenders are currently being investigated. Please let this also be a warning to members to be on the look out for people who want your log on details. Some of the information on the members site is restricted to members and made available to them alone. The company that has allowed us to do this is not afraid to challenge abusers and receives copies of correspondence on this matter.

The members only site is password protected. It is for paid up members of the
Renault Owners Club ONLY. If you wish to access it click on the link at the
bottom of the page..
Each page is protected. To access it as a member, email webmaster@renaultownersclub.com
with your name and membership number for your unique password and username or
follow the instructions in the magazine. Do
not share this personal as your name and IP address is logged and you are responsible for your activity
or the activity of anyone using your account. In addition none members who
access or attempt to access this area may be committing a criminal offence by
attempting to gain information by deception or trying to defraud the company. The club
actively investigates all parties that attempt to
defraud the members and may ask the police to investigate if it is believed
this action is deliberate.
The membership list is updated monthly so it may take a little time to gain access. If you want it immediately, just drop the webmaster a line and your details can be added immediately.
If you have cookies enabled you can brows all the members pages, if not you will be asked for a password for each page. You must re-log in on each new visit to the site.
You cannot print the pages, copy or paste them. (Magazines can be downloaded though). You cannot save offline copies or link to it.
This is your area so please email articles to the address below for inclusion, also membersonly for sales and wanted. You can request adverts in either the public, private or both areas. Articles may also appear in the club magazine.
WARNING
Should you be approached to lend your members details to a non member please consider before you do what this may mean to you. It will allow a non member to access areas and obtain documents they have not paid for (if we were a shop that would be called shoplifting). It may get you barred from the site or the club as well (defrauding or trying to defraud the company is treated very seriously as are people aiding these potential criminals). It will cause a loss of respect from your fellow members. You would not give out your card PIN so why let them take from the club. It may cause membership fees to increase to cover the cost of the losses. We want to start putting information on for paying members like past issues, maybe copies of old brochures, all reserved for the members who pay. It may stop this. Some people may give you very plausible reasons for them to have it (called phishing). If it all sounds too good, it probably is.
