The current first time rate is:

This includes a 1 off joining fee of £5 for your membership pack. Future years will not include this.

These may be altered at the AGM but if you pay before the AGM, the rates above will apply.

or by creating a standing order. As a last resort you can pay by Paypal, but the Club has to pay a commission.
If you do not have PayPal ®, you will be able to enter card details instead.

If you would prefer to pay by post, please download the paper form by clicking HERE and printing it off. The form requires Acrobat (free) to be installed. Acrobat ® can be downloaded free HERE.

The annual fee is based on 12 months and 4 x 32 page (actually the average for the last 3 years has been 42 pages - 50 in 2012) magazines (subject to material submissions). Should we send out additional material this will be considered free provided you are paid up on the date we send it out as will any additions to the 32 page magazines. Insurance for events will only apply if you have a current membership card.

Each time a magazine is printed the fee reduces by 1/4 but you will NOT receive magazine or benefits for the missing period.

If you re-join and do not receive your June Renotes (due start of June) then please also contact us on the address above or via the phone number in the front of March Renotes for the Treasurer.

Note: Membership is in accordance with the rules of the club.
Your membership may be refused or terminated for breaches of the rules.
Refunds are at the discretion of the committee. Donations are always welcome by the club and will be used to support the club's activities.

I agree that the information I have given above may be circulated to club officials and members with a common interest at any time and my name published in the new members list in the club magazine. I understand that otherwise this information will not be used for any other purpose. If you do not agree, please let us know in the email. PLEASE NOTE: All the committee are un-paid volunteers. Most with other jobs to do, combined with holidays and postal strikes, this may mean it can take up to 28 days to process. Please be patient if you have not received your pack after a couple of days. If however you still have not received it after 2 weeks, please write, phone or email just in case.
